For over sixteen years, I've worked in the wellness field, helping people reconnect to their bodies and create lasting change in their health and well-being.
My journey began as a birth doula and massage therapist, where I developed a deep understanding of the body, nervous system, and emotional health.
In 2012, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Chicago and expanded my work into yoga, breath, meditation, and somatic healing. Over the years, I've continued to study holistic wellness, becoming a certified health and wellness coach, and integrating a variety of evidence-informed and restorative approaches into my work.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that wellness doesn't have to be complicated. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster and do more, I believe healing begins by slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and learning to listen to our bodies again.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, an experienced yogi, or anything between, my hope is you'll find Neshama Yoga to be a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and at home.
When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and our four children, being outdoors, and continuing to learn new ways to help people live healthier, more connected lives.
I look forward to welcoming you to our space.
